¿Es más barato una casa de un piso o de dos pisos?
Quizá te has hecho esta pregunta en alguna ocasión, pues la respuesta parte de reconocer cual es el material más caro en la construcción, el acero, es por eso, que en la medida que lo reduzcamos en nuestro proyecto, podremos tener resultados al menor precio.
Si lo vemos por tamaño, podemos pensar que al poner una piedra grande en el piso y sobre ella la casa, hacerla de un sólo nivel necesitará que todos los ambientes estén apoyados allí, por ello, será de 100mts, sin embargo, construirla de dos pisos, podría permirnos usar una piedra de 50mtrs, donde se apoyarían los niveles 1 y 2.
Por eso, aunque aparentemente una vivienda de un sólo nivel pueda parecernos menos costosa, el hecho es, que debido a la reducción de la huella de construcción, osea, construir más o lo mismo en menos espacio, podemos concluir que será más barato.
Así, en el 90% de los casos, construir casas de dos niveles será más bataro que construir uno solo.
